We were strandard on the iom with Kendal football club .The staff could not have been more helpful .The rooms were immaculate,the staff were friendly .Breakfast was spot on 👍.could not recommend this hotel highly enough .Brilliant stay .Thank you .

The staff was exceptionally attentive. The room was well-appointed and well-organised, including central heating, an iron/ironing board, and an electronic key card.- The location was wonderful, just a pleasant stroll away from All Saints.

Spotless and 1st class hotel with nice view over the sea. Particularly good and beautiful location near within walking distance to great restaurants, the Promenade, central to local attractions and the town Centre and Douglas Bay, could not be better.- Walking distance to a Manx museum.- Reasonably priced piano bar.

Great spot for our trip to the bay, just a short walk from here. The double room we had was recently updated, and it came with a sweet view of the sea! 🌊

The breakfast here is delicious, offering dishes like vegetarian sausages, porridge, and freshly cooked bacon.

Well-equipped room, bright bathroom with a tub. Had a sitting area, iron/ironing board, and a work desk.

The location it offers is favourable, near to the promenade 2 minutes from a bus stop, the centre of town- and the restaurant / piano bar.

Good and beautiful location, very pleasant area, short walk to a laid back island where traditional high standards still apply in everyday life. Hearty and extensive breakfast selection with freshly cooked bacon.

I loved staying here, it was super clean, luxurious, and great value for money, plus enjoyed having drinks in the piano bar in the evening.

The location was magnificent and favourable, so close to transport as well as Doulas centre. The staff was super friendly and always helped me. The room was modern, had an exceptionally comfortable bed:)))

The location of the property was good and ideal as we were next to the main areas, the centre, and bar/restaurant. It also was close to bus stops.

The hotel was in an unbeatable location close to the shops, bars and restaurants, bus stations and harbour and electric railway. Hot breakfasts with fruit and vegetarian sausages, as example, the staff were all in all pretty friendly.
